"Don't try calling. No one answers the phone regardless of which department you are trying to reach. Including customer service. Not the first time I've had this issue."
"The TV's and alcohol selections are great, and they are finally getting some up to date clothing for women but their plus size clothing my grandma wouldn't wear! Their purse selection is excellent and the shoe selection is pretty decent."
"If you have military exchange privileges it’s definitely worth a look. Mens clothes have labels like The North Face, Columbia, Carhart and others like Quick Silver too. They have a lot of athletic/trainer shoes also. Look for mark downs and you can find amazing deals. I just bought a pair of Birks that were 148 originally and were finally priced at 24 bucks. Liquor is cheap too and they have a lot of bottles the ABC stores don’t have. As others have said you need to be active, retired or more recently 10% VA disability to shop there. Or some version of DoD civilian too."
"Store is actually way overstocked in a bad way…meaning it’s difficult each time I go to even get through the aisles. Men’s section near dressing room forget about pushing a cart through there. It’s hard to even walk through this store in every clothing section. WAY too many clothing racks. And now there’s racks in the main aisles of the store as well. One out of only two men’s dressing rooms in the entire store is always closed off causing huge delays for a large store of that size for someone to try things on. I asked why and they said “well, we store things in there”. Parking lot always has trash laying around and sub-par flower beds that appear messy without mulch or rocks. XBox games - yeah there was only 1 game on the entire shelf a week ago. Their rewards system doesn’t allow you to use your reward in their system that is printed on your receipt during the same visit which is unfortunate, so if you don’t go a lot, it will expire within a month or so. They check military ID cards twice which is frustrating. If you got in with one why would you need to show it again at the register to check out?"
"Friendly staff! Great beer, wine and spirits selection. Useful tablets to help find specials."
