This is by customer service, they over priced for no reason, do not come there if u want to be broke. The workers were low key racist to."

"20231120 For someone who grew up in an Asian country, this store doesn't excite me. I walked around and didn't see anything cute enough that I wanted to own. At first, I thought it was a Sanrio like store with Hello Kitty and friends merchandise. It wasn't exactly. This store reminds me of a Korea shop that sells toys as well as facial items, snacks, socks, etc... a little bit of everything. Some items looked cheap, probably made in China. I wish it was more like the little Asian shops in California Vietnamese Town that sell stuffed animals, hair clips, pens and pencils, lanyards, school items, etc... with famous cartoon characters like Hello Kitty and friends... with more interesting and cute things that would keep me in the store looking at everything for a long time. The young sales was polite."

"This is hands down the coolest thing I've seen in Fair Oaks Mall in ages! It's almost like a Sanrio store. They have lots of cute items for sale, some featuring Sanrio characters, some of it Pokémon, and some of it their own designs. The prices are reasonable and the vibe is really chill. They even have some Japanese snacks for sale too!"
