Reviews
"First time and last time customer. Nail owner did not listen to customer's requirements and was determined to do it her way and suggested to go back to her previous nail shop. Customer service was very poor and did not apply any attention to detail or display quality work for a seasoned nail technician. She did not represent professionalism. Will not be visiting this location nor recommend it to anyone. Price to service gets a negative rating. Visit at your own risk!"
"They takes their time and does and amazing job. I was greeted at the door by everyone and really felt welcomed. If you want a Really Good set of nails that wont pop off or chip easily. pPus SUPER CUTE DESIGNS. Come here to K N Nails! Best acrylic set I've ever gotten."
"K N Nails is very relaxing. I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application. They have great attention to detail and overall did an incredible job I have really enjoyed my visits here. The salon provides comfortable and cozy blankets for customers to use during their nail treatments, ensuring warmth and comfort."
"I came in for a Full Acrylic Set and pedicure. My toes were already polished from a previous pedicure I received ( not from here). Nhi Stanfield (the owner and person that serviced me) stated “ they still look new” in regards to my pedicure and only washed my feet, scrubbed off calluses, applied hot towel and lotion for $35. She did not repaint, or clean my toes (she painted the tip of one toe). In regards to my full set it was messy, lumpy and the acrylic was applied too close to my cuticles. I informed her twice that I did not like how it looked as she tried to fix it by applying a gold line and gems. The total charge came to 102 and I paid for it because she took the time to do the service for me. However, I still did not like it. I went into the natural light outside of the store and looked at it and came back in to express to her that I did not like it. She refused to fix it and told me to “Call the police if I don’t like it” I did not ask for any type of refund, nor did I refuse to pay because I knew she took the time out of her day to service me, but I expressed that I simply did not like it and wanted to know if she could fix it. She began to offer to take pictures of my nails to post them and show that people would like them (they were not for the people on social media but for me and I was expressing that I didn’t like them as they are my nails ). However I called my friend for advice because I have never experienced anything like this before. I sat on the phone with her in the shop crying because I was upset about my nails because my birthday is Saturday. Ms.Stanfield was rude and refused to fix what I told her I disliked. Eventually, she called the police on me. The police stated that I had not done anything wrong because I had not caused her any harm or had not destroyed/damaged anything. I would not recommend coming here. This was the WORST nail experience I have EVER had. I could not stop crying."
"Not only did the lady do a fantastic job, but she even drove me home so I wouldn't have to catch an Uber which I thought was very nice of her. I wish I remembered her name but she was very sweet. I stopped doing fake nails a few years back and I found out you can always tell if a shop is good or not if you ask for a regular manicure. Now you all KNOW regular manicure is the cheapest item on the menu. Asking for this, you will test the quality of their work, their customer service and if you are just as important as the big spenders. This shop won me over. I will be back."
