"Worst customer service ever!! Told me my rug would be ready in 1-2 weeks, it took 6!! My contract said they would deliver, they did not!!"

"Right from jump, everybody who worked at ProSource was very friendly. I worked with Dave to select flooring. I had a good idea of what I wanted in quality and look, and Dave helped me select samples to take home. He did not try to up-sell me at any time. Once I selected my flooring, he ordered it right away. Dave was always very transparent and informative, keeping me up-to-date on the progress of the order. At the time of this review, my product is en route but has not yet arrived, but I expect I will be pleased with it when it does."

"I will start will a positive...the cabinets finally arrived and my contractor installed them nicely. Now I will state that the total delivery time was extended an additional 4 weeks because of an ordering mishap on behalf of ProSource. Mistakes happen, but their handling of the mistake was less than professional and was totally indifferent to additional 2 months without a kitchen that their mistake caused. Offered $250 credit for my troubles, it required a phone call on my part receive a better credit for their error. After all was said and done, I never received the promised phone call of concern from the sales person that created the error. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them say more about how you value your customers."

Mike spent a lot of time giving me a carpeting tutorial on a recent Saturday morning, then waited patiently for a couple of weeks while I pondered samples I'd taken home and made arrangements with my installer.
