"I am active duty military and this company is by far the worst company in my 6 PCS moves. Kloke company was assigned to store my HHG including my weapons when I got orders to overseas in 2019. I came back to the States in 2022, and they told me that they couldn't locate my hand gun. Their excuse was they re-located their storage area from one to the other and after the move, they couldn't find my hand gun case. They did ship my HHG to me eventually and it turns out I was missing my concealed weapon case for my hand gun as well as my easy loader for magazines. Those two items were in the other box, but very conveniently (?) only those two items that fit my hand gun are missing in the box as well as my hand gun case. This leads me to suspect someone in the company stole the gun as well as its accessary. They only tried to reach me out to inform that the gun is missing, and didn't respond any of my phone messages and emails regarding that matter. I called the local police to report this missing weapon, and it turns out the company didn't even report my weapon for missing. I am going through extensive claim process for this and hopefully the US Military never awards contracts to them."

"I used to work there as a household driver in 2013 when I was a rookie lol , I was treated terrible , being overworked and not seeing it in my paycheck . The dispatch office weren't too bad pretty decent ppl back than."

"They were supposed to deliver kitchen cabinets today. Between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. I was supposed to get a call from the driver one hour befrbe his arrival. At 5:15p I called asking if the driver was coming , they said he is on his way. Oh well 7pm and no delivery. I did not selected this company. Poor customer service and unreliable delivery."

"I would NEVER recommend this business. Wife bought me a grill for fathers day which i have yet to receive. Scheduled delivery has been changed 3 times and can't get anywhere with these people."

"I wanted to vent my frustrations about the delivery service that is supposed to be handling our mattress shipment. On Tuesday, May 8th I received an email saying the mattress was nearby and I was to contact Kloke to schedule our delivery. I called Kloke every day for the next three days, every time leaving a voicemail. Finally on Friday the 11th someone called back to schedule the delivery. Over the phone they said the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday the 15th, on Monday they would call and give me a four hour window, and I would get a second call on the day of delivery when the mattress was in route. After I got off the phone I got a confirmation email saying the delivery was schedule for WEDNESDAY, not on Tuesday as we had agreed. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to call back and get it changed. So Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday have now all come and gone with no phone call and no delivery. I called Kloke again today and left another voicemail. With the weekend fast approaching I am doubtful we will get the mattress before next week."
