"Quality is degrading day by day. My kids love the Pizza here and we visit every week either of PB restra. This particular branch is poorest among all, quality is poor. Try other place if you want quality food."

"Lately there’s no coffee ready on the self service containers, I actually had to wait several time to them to make coffee after that I went to put sugar and all the caddie were almost empty, then I have to come back to the register and ask for a lid because there was not lids either in the self service station! By last when I went to the trash can there was trash literally coming out from the table hole so I’m notice in many different ways how the service has been going down. It was a good location before here in short pump. Unfortunately not anymore ."

"I went here on 11/26/23 at appx. 7:20 am and the woman at the counter was disrespectful. I ordered 8 bagels sliced. She placed the bagels in the bag and gave them to me and I asked if they were sliced and she said do you want them sliced and i said that’s what i asked for before. She then proceeded to throw the bagels at the table and throw them into the slicer. Completely disappointed at this disrespectful behavior. Additionally, i was not told the cream cheese was extra, I assumed it came with the bagel. I asked for some more and was told it was $1.60 each for extras which i agreed to. At the end of this ordeal, before she sliced my bagels, she was going to charge me for the extra cream cheese. Upon slicing the bagels she hands me the bagels and says have a nice day in a rude tone. I asked her that didn’t she want to charge me for the extra cream cheese and she tells it’s in the house."

"This location is fairly convenient for the Short Pump residents and businesses. Parking can be difficult during lunch or dinner hours. Associates behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I love half price bagels on Tuesday and MyPanera+ Coffee subscription. Online ordering system is easy to use, there is designed location for In-Cafe pickup and Curbside pickup is also available. Panera Bread is a wonderful franchise restaurant, however I never felt stuffed after a meal here. The portion is healthy, but not big. Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl looked like someone already ate half of the order, however the food was delicious and there was generous amount of Teriyaki Chicken. Flatbread Pizzas, Sandwiches, Soups, and Salads are always good."
