Mimi Taxi Service

"I was behind a Mimi's van through 3+ stop lights. At each, She pulled into the intersection while light was solid red. Once blocking traffic. She needs to learn that the line across the lane means stop behind it not in front of line. Very dangerous. I bet her fare was nervous."

"My wife was allocated transportation with Mimi on a couple of occasions, and both times they have messed up her booking and she has almost missed her appointment."

"Despite the great recommendation, the service was not great. I filled out their on-line reservation, entered my CC info, but did not receive a response. So I emailed and called and finally had confirmation of service. I had given them all the information including names and flight numbers but the driver didn't seem to have that information on the day of service. I had numerous calls with the driver and the lack of professionalism was overwhelming! The driver was rude, condescending, and lazy. Not a good reflection on the company. I only hope the driver spoke to my guests with more professionalism and kindness. I will NOT use this company again."

"These people had me on hold for ten minutes and then I also couldn't even hear him. Then also have told me they will call me back in 30 mins to let me know when one of there drivers will be to me. So I had been so kind and patient for them and they never had called me back to give me a update on the rides. So I had called them back six times and nobody had pick up at all for me at all. But never again I will call them for any service at all if you ask me how they service is or was ill give them a negative 10 to be honest with yall smh."

"The driver I had was very unprofessional. His name is Sammy. He literally hit on me basically from my house, to my appointment, and then back to my house again. He shook my hand when he dropped me off, which I thought was fine, but on the way home he touched both of my tattoos (each on separate arms) to ask me about them. Obviously, he could have asked me about them without physically touching me. He also said he wanted me to tell him where Kroger was, so he could stop to get himself food (then he said to get us BOTH food) — he is not supposed to make any extra stops between my appointment and my house. He even kept asking me “what’s so special about you?” (Because they had him come from Richmond VA, to Radford VA to get me to my doctors appointment). He also kept commenting on my looks and how beautiful I was. And at one point offered me a very odd food that he had in his van— of course I said NO. To top it all off, I called the company and a woman, who never says her name, said “I’m sorry he touched your arms but he’s a very good guy”. Obviously, I don’t care if he’s a “good guy” or not!! I didn’t tell him he could touch me. I will not ride with this company again, and if I were you, I wouldn’t either. Apparently boundaries don’t exist with this company."
