"When you charge more then Goat and StockX after frees and taxes there’s a problem. Staff has zero knowledge of shoes and could careless to help out customers. All it will take is a legit reseller to open up a spot and it will be over for this store."

"Staff was lethargic. Didn’t acknowledge I was there until I spoke up. Couldn’t tell you how the selection was because the staff didn’t offer to show me what kicks were in my size. I was not feeling like picking up every shoe that looked like it may fit like you do at Plato’s Closet. Buy/trade is DS only. No VNDS/used. That was super disappointing. I actually prefer VNDS over DS so I can trade/sell shoes from my collection and trade/cop something I don’t have. #wearyourkicks"

"Great selection. My husband was a bit skeptical about the authenticity after the 1s we purchased started to fade(silver started to come off the shoe) Went into the store yesterday…not to complain about the shoe or anything but with my sister looking for Christmas gifts. No one ever acknowledged our presence, no one approached us to see if they could help us…3 employees just sitting behind the counter having an impromptu concert to the music playing in the store. If this store is looking to be successful, improve your customer service it will set you apart from all the other sneaker resellers."
