"The loft in Jacksonville, FL I had a wonderful experience. The loft in New York I had a wonderful experience. The loft in Newport news, VA was disappointing I've been there twice and they're customer service to a woman of color was disgraceful. I like the clothes but I will not spend my money there! They did not acknowledge me until it was time for me to check out and that was because she had too."
