"I was standing waiting for the fitting room. The employees probably a manager put the cart in front of the fitting room. So I'm thinking it's because a man in there. The man was helping his wife and he came out and said only one person, because I was waiting? She said no I'm shutting it down. I don't understand why she let me stand there in front of the fitting room clearly waiting for five or more minutes when she could have clearly communicated that to me. It's very simple."

"Read the price match rules before visiting this store. I showed the cashier that I scanned the tags of the items I had to show the discounted prices. She proceeded to tell me it was different online. I could have pressed for it, and she could have matched both items ** to their own website - it was approximately a $13 difference for me. However, I now see the poor customer service and management reviews, along with the sweat I broke in their dressing rooms with no a/c, that maybe it was better that I left and should not dwell on it any longer. I still purchased my items, but I won't recommend this store to anyone. I really wish they did not close their *Hampton* location. That location was “better” kept, and I could find the items I was looking for every time, and staff were friendly and knowledgeable."

"I come here because my daughter likes this store and this is the closest to us but I always leave in a bad mood. The manager is always so rude. Prices never ring up as advertised. There’s always several people at the register hanging around and only one register running. This is hands down the worst Forever 21 I’ve been to."

"The manager at the register was pretty rude when I tried to make an unopened jewelry return after returning to the store no less than 20 min. later after the purchase was made. I can’t argue store policy with anyone so while the situation sucked its more so to do with the attitude and overall experience with the interaction. This review is not about the money. The lady who helped me would not look me in the eye, sounded angry, and generally just very “short” w/me. I just left the jewelry on the counter and walked out."
