"I went there because my charger quit working I got two USB cords one for 4.99 and one for 5.99. Of course they're not original manufacturer chords but I've never had a problem with them the one that just died came from Amazon. And they had these really cute boxing gloves there for 10.99"

"I went to this location on 11/10/2023, and the line was backed up all the way to the back of the store. There were only two cashiers, and a third came and helped. But then one of the cashiers started putting clothes on a hanger rather than help to get the line down. Other than that, I got what I needed."

"Let’s get into this great customer service I just experienced at Ross in Newport News ,VA. I had a return that was 1 day past the return date and I wanted none of the items and I’m not a frequent Ross shopper. They gave me an option of a store credit which I declined. I was given the corporate number by Madilyn and was told to call to see if they could help me out. And they did! Corporate called back to the store and spoke with a young lady name Jessica who was more than happy to help me with the return. She explained to me how it would work. She was very patient & pleasant and the transaction was quick. She explained in the future they would have to honor their policy. I understood completely. But this was some awesome team work! Even the young lady on the phone from corporate was pleasant & more than happy to help me out. You don’t find that too often in customer service. I’m now forever a customer in the Newport News, VA Ross. What a great team!"
