"The photo explains enough. Got them done on Tuesday and they already fell off on Friday. I asked for acrylic and she insisted on doing some other technique. The lady even buffed my skin while trying to buff my nails. VERY disappointed."

I had quit going due to sub par work by multiple techs and was tired of my nails breaking or popping off within a few days from my appointments. I was recently referred Mary and I couldn’t be happier. Her work speaks volumes and she is just amazing. I can now go 3 weeks in between visits and have yet had an issue with a nail breaking or popping off. I would not go to anyone else."

"My technician was Maria. I was in a rush so I couldn't get the full manicure but got the gel color change (turns out it was better not to get the full manicure). I'm honestly dissatisfied with this service and their customer service. I was clear with what I wanted to get and she kept asking me if I want full manicure, eyebrow wax and other services. Some people had shields around them, but there was non in front of me nor between me and person sitting next to me. As you see in the pictures, color is not even, painted over the cuticles, shape is not even and she filed them after she's done painting, hopefully it doesn't chip after few days. I guess the service (18$) I got considered as a cheap one and thats why they didn't care about it that much???"
