"BLUF: Advertise Walk-ins welcome but appointments rule their timeslots. If they have all slots booked, no walk-in possible. Based on reviews and recommendations this shop does a good job. I honestly don't know as I tried to "walk-in" around 10am on a Saturday to be told they didn't have any openings. Online indicates Sat hours 8 - 1400. So, with hours left in their work day they didn't accept a walk-in. Look, I get it, many folks like appointments and the barbers have their regulars. Fine. But don't advertise "walk-in welcome" if you're appointment centric and don't have any rotating staff to handle walk-ins. And, for those wondering, it wasn't like there were six customers sitting in chairs ahead of me that would fill up the time left in the day. Barber Pole staff seem very polite and professional. But this isn't the place for me. Provided this review only to warn others about the difference between a truly walk-in establishment and this place. I found another walk-in only locally owned shop a few miles away that includes cut & razor shave for $15 cash. And yes, the staff were seasoned (not new trainees) and excellent."

Glad to finally have found a place that does straight razor shaves with quality work. Impressed by the amount of experience of the people who work there.
