The wait time was non-existent and extreme attention to detail was taken to ensure our satisfaction. We will definitely be returning to this location for our future haircut needs. "This place used to be my favorite place to get a haircut. Howrver, the quality of service has gone downhill, lately. In the past, my only complaint was that they were pushy in trying to sell shampoo, gels and conditioners. Now, however, they don't even do that. They barely want to cut hair. Even when I make an appointment in advance, and show up at my scheduled time, I still end up waiting for over 30 minutes longer than my schedule haircut THAT I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR. It's like the stylists pick and choose who they want, regardless of appointments (that are clearly visible on the screen in the lobby). On top of that, the stylists aren't that friendly anymore. They never ask what haircut I want or if I want the shampoo, hot towel, or anything. They give me a quick, generic haircut and then send me on my way. And I've been so disgusted, that I don't even want to ask for any extra perks as they don't deserve any more of my money."
