"Made an appointment showed up early and checked in. After waiting 15 minutes I was told the stylist I had the appointment with as going to be 20 minutes late to work. No one else could take me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend the Hair Cuttery."

"So I try hard not to post negative reviews of businesses because I feel most people do this enough already but I feel I need to say this about this business. I have come in more than a few times because it's a convenient location. The first experience I had, the stylist actually cut my hair wrong and I didn't say anything because she didn't have the tools to do it correctly (I didn't know this beforehand) and I was pressed for time so I just let it be. But this most recent time I'm disappointed even more. How do you have staff who do not do "skin fades" in a military location? I made an appointment, I sat around 15 mins after my appointment time only to get told that the haircut I wanted was not something that could be done for another 45 mins. How is this not something that would get caught at the time the appointment is being made is beyond me. We live in an age where AI is a huge part of our lives. Needless to say I'll be steering away from this location. To the business: hire staff that have knowledge and versatility. Your clientele isn't just the fashionable lady who wants a color or a nice haircut, it's also the military men and women who want shorter haircuts so that we don't need to come around every week to get another."

"I want to give this place 5 stars i so do! But the only reason for the 4, is because my bangs were screwed up and my eyebrows! The one lady thought I had a scar that's why she didn't want to wax that area. I mean it's a hair place not a nails and wax place so I get it! But when I tell you it was funky looking! Even my bangs were longer than each other! She was sweet and the environment was amazing! Still had a great date night with my man but will be taken my business somewhere else! I think if she got more training she would be 10 times better"

"Nea gave me a great taper haircut. She was very friendly and professional. She listened to what I wanted and gave me that haircut. It was EXACTLY what I asked for and I love my hair. I will definitely go back to her, and will recommend her to others."
