"The room was pretty dirty; the shower was gross, the bed sheets and blankets had stuff all over them, and there were burn marks in most of the items. You get what you pay for, but it was better than sleeping in the van, I guess. He did let us check in super late, and I appreciate that."
"Cheap place to sleep. This property is well off of 77. Bed was comfortable and they allow pets for an additional $25. Muffins and juice advertised in the lobby but front office was locked up tight during breakfast hours. If you want to sleep cheap, its fine. Bring your own bedding. Front desk was pleasant. No restaurants close. Over all a 6 out of 10."
"I called to ask a few questions about room availability and the guy that answered told me he can't check for me. I proceeded to ask if they take pre reservations and the guy got snippy with me saying he wasn't on the property before hanging up on me. I just called to ask questions and that's how the service is already. This place will not be getting my business. Worst service I've ever received from a hotel."
"I had a lot of issues here. It started with the spiders on the floor beside the bed and the roaches in the bathroom. The desk clerk canceled our check-in due to the issues, but Choice Customer Service didn’t want to refund our card payment. After spending more than an hour on the phone with Choice Customer Service, they agreed to cancel the reservation. Unclean hotel and very poor customer service from Choice."
"I would have given this hotel four stars all the way across but there was a problem in my bathroom where the maid never mopped under the sink and in front of the bathroom door from the previous guest. There was urine and feces on the floor. I did not notice until time to go to bed so I put a towel over it and went to bed. I did not even bother telling the manager if they can't see something that obvious"
