"Stayed here a few times. Some cabins are very cramped for the number of people that they are rated for. Others are very spacious. Just need to know what you are renting when you go. Restaurant on site is fair , with average prices."
"My first time ever to ride in WV this past weekend and I stayed at Buffalo Trail. I had no clue what to expect, but let me tell you EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations! The riding was awesome, and Buffalo Trail was amazing. I met some new friends, and not to mention everything was super convenient, and very clean. I will be frequenting here often when I come to WV to ride. Highly recommend staying here!"
"We stayed here last year around October 2022, have our second stay planned for end of June 2023. Cabins were clean, WiFi was good, no loud partying, and the restaurant food was solid. Only 2 suggestions… 1. Some healthier options at the restaurant for dinner. 2. Over in the grandmas and nanas area they need to flatten out the fire pit areas and make them a little more open and flat. Other than we loved the trail access and everything else about it.. that’s why we’re coming back in 17 days"
"Great place. Clean & comfortable. The restaurant on property is very good. It's a little pricey to stay here, but what isn't expensive these days. It's actually not much more than the other, nicer places around. Go with a group and the cost per person is easier to justify. It's my favorite place to stay in the Bluewell area. Very easy to get to while pulling a trailer and enough parking when you use the overflow. I have stayed there 3 times without a bad experience. My wife also likes it, so that's a good recommendation right there."
