"I give them one star because usually the people I deal with in the pharmacy are pretty nice. The problem I have is they rarely have enough stock of medications because it's always "on backorder." There have been numerous times when I've had to seek my rx elsewhere because they don't have it in stock....and that has occurred with a variety of medications. Whenever I have to go elsewhere, its usually CVS, and they will invariably stock it. Today was no exception. So today was my last rx order from Walgreen. And it was the very last time they will tell me, "I'm sorry we don't have it in stock." How do you run a business like that? They are the absolute worst!"

"I have dealt with Walgreens for years. I arrived at Walgreens in Newport News, VA at 2:06pm 7/15/22 for a covind booster after calling to check if I could come in to receive one. I was told no problem as long as pharmacist was present. I filled out paperwork, sat until 3:10pm. I approached the desk and was Told I had to be there an hour. When I stated that I had been there for an hour, the assistant stated that I had not as she had not seen me. She was very rude. I have shared this and will hope to never return to this Walgreens pharmacy."

"Out of the several visits I’ve had wonderful customer service. My biggest complaint is the pharmacy drive through — a female worker with glasses doesn’t wear her mask properly over her nose and she keeps touching her face/mask while working. It doesn’t make me feel good to pick up a prescription with her working in a health related setting and not following safe guidelines that keep at-risk groups safe. The fact that she works in a pharmacy and isn’t aware of her actions is disturbing."
