Great Clips

"Excellent service! I tried to go to hair cuttery but was greeted horribly which led us to great clips and the atmosphere was way different. Thank you hair cuttery for sending us to great clips! The staff was friendly and ready to get to work. They accepted my husband and son as walk ins even though they were busy. They also had great personalities and were not angry when we walked in. They did a great job and we love the cuts! The prices are way better too!"

"I don't know what happened, this used to be my favorite place to get my haircut within the past few months it's become extremely mismanaged. I was getting my haircut by the "manager" Regina, not only was she extremely rude when checking me in but the whole time i was getting my haircut she was talking on the phone through her earbuds. She finished my hair very fast and at the end didn't even ask if I was satisfied just took the cape off and said she was done. I had to go to the mt pleasant location to get my hair fixed as it was terrible, and I'll continue to go there in the future."

"No stars to the greeter who took my name and info. She a tone in such a way that I was putting her out by having to check me in as a walk in... as though I was a bother and told me it would be an hour but the monitor showed 35 minutes... got the impression she did want the business or me there. However, the lady who trimmed my hair was extremely nice, cordial and small talk was great. 5 stars for her."

"I walked in with my 8 year old autistic son, right at opening. Every employee greeted us with smiles and helped him feel comfortable. Monique worked so patiently and professionally with him. She moved with him, was patient when he needed breaks, talked him through every step, and did an excellent job cutting his hair. It is by far the best cut he’s had in over a year after multiple attempts/visiting so many salons. Another employee so graciously offered him her toy keychain after it caught his eye. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the experience we had at this location! We looked forward to returning again."
