"I got the Brazilian and vajacial done. It was my first time so I was nervous. She gave wonderful tips to care for my skin but when I got home I noticed I still had hair. Extremely disappointed I went through all that pain from the wax and tweezing afterwards just to NOT be 100% hairless! Reply to owner - my appointment was 1/22 @ 3. It was an overall bad first time waxing experience. I shouldn’t have had to reach out because you knew there was hair left when I got off that table. You knew there was hair left before starting my vajacial AFTER the waxing. It is really disappointing I went through PAIN for absolutely nothing."
