"When I ask for a SOAK off I expect to what I asked for. Not my nails bring PLUCKED OFF thus breaking my nail bed causing bleeding!!! AND I'm expected to PAY when I'm injured due to someone simply not doing what I asked!!!! Now I can't get my nails redone because I'm fingernail I'd damaged AND I paid $15 for nothing! I could have PLUCKED my nails off at home for free!! These nail salons to do not understand the importance of healthy nail natural nails!!! Plucking nails off damages the nail bed and hurts like hell!!! Simply DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"I love Tracy. She is very polite. She did an amazing design on my nails however the prices are steep. Especially when you pay $5 for one small butterfly and it fall off after 2 days. At least the manager was somewhat a little more helpful than usual. All in all the rest of the techs there have better attitudes than other nail shops around. Also one of the cleanest."
