I bought a closure and some bundle separately but the closure didn’t match the color of the bundles so because of my social anxiety, I was hesitant to go back in the store and have them swap it but the service that I was provided with he made me feel comfortable and understood. He took the time to match the colors with the hairs, and make sure I was pleased, and at the end of the day we find the match, and he was very generous to me, and I appreciate that. Overall, great service and I will be coming back."
