"I've been here a couple of times and it's been hit and miss. I've tried a couple of stylists but Betty made me feel comfortable and gave me beautiful hair. I was having the express keratin done. Betty was kind, patient and you could tell she enjoyed her job. After my hair was done I walked around the store casually. No one approached to ask if I needed any help, which surprised me but perhaps they were busy in other areas. I found some great deals and look forward to trying the out at home. Isabel the cashier was friendly, complimented me on my hair, smiled and was casually chatting. She was welcoming and very sweet. I'd return to this Ulta."

"I thought I couldn’t love ULTA more, but they delivered my last two orders within the same week! In March I had an issue and Sandra, from Guest Service, was amazing in solving it promptly. Moreover, it is always a pleasure to visit the store."

"Went to Ulta for a trim - was never up front told pricing or that a trim was not something Ulta typically did. However, website reflected $47 for a standard haircut. Was charged $77 for a 2 minute hair wash and 10 minute haircut!!! Only had about an inch taken off my ends. NOTHING crazy done. Asked for the Salon Manager to call. She never did. When I called this morning, Salon Manager was very rude, condescending, and stated that Ulta's website was wrong (which reflects a $47 haircut and that a $77 cut is WITH deep conditioning that I did not get). Salon Manager stated a "Master's" stylist cut my hair and her prices range from $47-$77. Salon Manager would not explain how I ended up on the higher end of pricing. Very unprofessional and ridiculous cost for a very basic haircut. In regards to this response below from Ulta - Wow, again very unprofessional and placing the ownership on the customer. There should be no need to call to get additional information when the website has all pricing and treatments listed. Ulta is a corporate company. Stylists cannot just choose to charge the upper end of the scale without providing full treatment or cause. I spoke with another Ulta hairstyle who agreed that what this location did was very wrong and not right at all."

"Store is a complete mess and the associate who I initiated conversation with was unengaged, unfriendly and disrespectful. Also, the first and only Ulta I’ve visited that doesn’t sell NARS products? This location is useless and going out of business would be doing the company a favor."

"I came in to Ulta today desperate to find products for my dry, natural hair. I was assisted by two young ladies from the salon. Both were black, one had longer hair and the other had a short cut which was colored green. I am writing this review because I really appreciate the awesome customer service that was given to me by both of these young women. The stylist with the short hair gave me her name and I forget (I have short term memory) I think it starts with a N. She was really great assisting me with finding products that suit my hair. She took the time to speak with me, answer and asked questions about my haircare needs and gave me recommendations on how to keep my hair happy. Mind you I was not getting a service at the salon. I was just searching the aisle for products. These two are awesome and really understand what customer service is about. I will be reaching out in the near future for a salon service."
