"I have been coming to Circle Towers Hair Designs for years and all of the changes since Ling took over ~ 2019 have been positive. Before I would come at my scheduled time and see a line of walk-ins bumping my time back 30+mins. Now Ling checks her schedule before accepting walk-ins, so she is usually ready for me when I arrive. The current team of stylists are friendly, patient and professional. I have seen the nail art, the fun hair colors and great haircuts in person, and yes, Ling really does amazing eyebrow work. I also let my tween child come by himself as we are within walking distance and he is always happy with his haircut and how nice everyone is. Please note the salon is located in the landing surrounded by the towers so you will need to walk up the stairs on the sides to get to the landing. Going into the front tower (with the bank, offices & restaurant) will be very confusing."
