Not only did she skillfully address the damage, but she also delivered an outstanding haircut that breathed new life into my hair. Her expertise and professionalism in handling unexpected situations left me impressed and grateful. She was so kind and positive, she was able to keep the original length of my hair and skillfully get ride of the burn with layered cut. When the incident happened I thought I have to get a boys short cut and never imagined anyone would be able to help me. Retrospectively I don’t mind the incident because my hair now looks better than ever and I’m forever grateful to her."
