"I was a little disappointed. And I don't usually complain but I ordered a pair of shoes and although they were on clearance when I got there the box that they gave them to me in was tattered. It was missing the majority of the lid. The box was crushed in. It was a Christmas gift and this is a shoe store. I feel as though they could have at least found a lid and put it on the box. Other than that the store is nice."

"I rarely write reviews, but I felt driven to after this visit. After spending hours shopping , I finally went to check out. A pretty young girl was working, and she was very personable, helpful and professional. We were discussing various things in life, and she eventually asked me if I was a dsw member; I said yes, and she said that in my online account (which I had NO idea about until she told me) that I had a 40% off coupon for boots, which low and behold, I I had a pair in my cart! I had never met her, asked her name (Taylor) and asked if she'd be embarrassed if I mentioned her in a Google review. She obliged, and made me very happy throughout the whole transaction. I doubt I'm the only customer she's helped, but thank you Taylor! You're wise beyond your years and I wish you the best in life."

"Very good selection however would love to see more vans variety. They always have the coolest ones for kids but very basic ones for adults."

"I've been here twice with a good experience both times. When I went there this morning I asked for some advice and information and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and helped me pick the right shoes. Then when I checked out, the cashier looked up a coupon I didn't even know about and saved me a few extra dollars. I was very impressed with the service, buying shoes is something I don't think much about but I want to put it out there that my experience here was outstanding."

"The store is well laid out, large isles, clean, and good lighting. There are no sales associates, but the cashiers are friendly and helpful. The prices are high (it’s not pay less), but every pair of shoes I have purchased from there have lasted a long time."
