With having long nails, being strong with a good apex is very important…and she did just that. Even used forms instead of tips like I asked. Never been happier with a nail salon before. "Painful experience for 2 of the 3 us who had a pedicure on Sunday. Not to mention my nails looked awful and not fully painted. Roll of the dice on technicians. I'm not sure why she used an electric dremel to remove my nail polish when the others used liquid polish remover, but she continually ran it over the skin around my nails. Throughout the pedicure she was so rough, it almost brought me to tear. Since I was with friends, and the technician couldn't speak English, I didn't want to cause a scene. I would have thought my wincing, facial expressions and even jerking my foot away several times would have given her a hint. Worse than the experience was the unempathetic response when I complained. After much debate, a10% off my next visit was offered in way of restitution. You know what they can do with their 10% off! We will, of course, not go back."

The salon was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And Amy was simply incredible!!!
