"Horrible place to have insurance, unfortunately I have it with these guys, never had a claim which who knows how bad that would be, but just the lack of professionalism, kindness and customer service is immense. They never call you back when they say they will, then half the time are very hateful. If you can afford somewhere else by all means shop somewhere else."
"We have been trying to switch to Wyatt since September 2022. 4 and 1/2 months since the first quote. The person who quoted us went on leave so we got shifted to someone else who tried to bait and switch us to sign paperwork for an amount almost twice as much. They requoted us back down to the original price when we pointed out the difference, then switched us to new people, then said they have no idea who we are despite repeated contact for months, and never return calls. We've been chasing them for months now at the promise to lower our rates. What an absolute waste of time."
