"My daughter came to this lot to look at cars while she was in town. The salesman totally disregarded her and talked down about ‘young people who think they can buy a car’ to my husband. They left the lot mad at the disrespect, they drove next door to the ford lot where the salesman there took the time to talk with my daughter about what she needed and her price range. He ended up pulling a vehicle off the Chevy lot for her to test drive and ended up working a great deal and she was able to buy the car. If you want to keep returning families for generations I think some of your salesmen need to learn some respect. Not all young people have a small job history and poor credit, some of them bust their butts through school working full time and not living off the system."

"We’ve called 5 times in a 4 week time span to get someone to call us back after having to leave messages for warranty work. We went by in person and it being a Saturday, naturally, the service department was closed. We were passed by employees and no one asked us if they could help us. When we found someone, he told us we could come by in person next week and set up an appointment. Why?!?! Why do we have to take time and drive to the dealership living 30 miles away, when a simple phone call would handle what we need? Does anyone return customer phone calls? He told us the service department was so busy with other customers, they were behind. Wrong answer! We bought our truck here when it was under Huff’s management and we could not ask for better customer service. We will go somewhere where we will get the service we need."
