"My truck was brought in several months ago DEF issues and other issues, I explained I only had 5000.00 to work with, I called all the time with no answers at all.. one day the cost was 2300.00 then something else, no ever knew what was going on, half the times I couldn’t even get anyone to answer. Well to say the least , the cost went from 2300.00 to 8950.00, had to get a lone, still paying on this…when we went and got my truck, technician explained that he deleted the DEF but left everything under the hood the way it was which was fine with me, but I understand it is illegal to do that, not long after having the truck back all kinds of lights came up on my dash every time I accelerate a push of air will come out inside the truck. I went to have my truck inspected and it failed because my Cadillac converter had been taken off. To say the least someone made some money off of me. I called the dealership to explain what was going on and I was asked if my Cadillac converter had been stolen, I said well must’ve been a good thief to cut it weld it and then paint it. To say the least it is back in that shop right now been there for almost a month now and still has not been looked at !!!! I am beyond pissed I need my truck I’m single I have horses I have to feed I have with a wood stove I need wood… geeze !!!!"
