"The folks in the auto care center went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. On a road trip from Michigan heading to the Smokey Mts we acquired a flat tire. This center got us in and out and back on the road in under an hour. Can not express how helpful and kind these workers were! Highly recommend. Tire was also reasonably priced."

"Called to make sure they were open and if I could get in, lady told me to come in before 3. Showed up at 10:30 and the gentleman behind the desk told me it'd be 2 hours, just to get my tire plugged. I told him I'd come bqck, left and drove all the way back home. Called again at 11:30 asking what the best time to come back was, just to double check, he told me 12:30. I show up at 12:30 and the lady told me it was "first come first serve" and I would have a 2 hour wait, even though I was there two hours prior and called twice. Waste of two trips to Wytheville. Very frustrating experience. Never did get my tire plugged."

"I called before ordering tires asking about if it was going to be a problem putting them on my car do to it having a problem. They said not an issue at all. I called Walmart customer service with help tracking the tires I ordered and to ask again if it was going to be a problem. They helped me with tracking and said it wouldn’t be a problem. They also even called the store to verify it wouldn’t be an issue. Got to Walmart to put my tires (that I ordered online) on and they said they wouldn’t put them on at all due to my car needing a repair. My car was scheduled to be dropped off at the car dealership to have the repair done. My car was drivable and the issue it had was under the hood and had nothing to do with driving or tires. I wouldn’t be so mad but it was confirmed three times that it wouldn’t be an issue and then when I get there it was magically a big problem. They then put my tires in my vehicle standing upright causing marks to be left."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had with an automobile. First off, my appointment was at 7am when they open and I had to actually call them and tell them I was outside waiting because it was 7:30 and the shop still wasn’t opened. Secondly, they wouldn’t mount and balance my tires even after I had ordered the tires from them because I had the “wrong lug nuts on my rims.” I’ve been driving this car for four years now with the same lug nuts and rims. You’d think if they were wrong, something bad would’ve happened a while ago. Luckily, I made it back to my hometown and they fixed me up within an hour after I wasted four hours on them in Wytheville, Va."

"Got there at 9am Saturday morning to get 2 new tires replaced and they were done in 30 minutes! I have never had faster car service. They texted me when they pulled my car back and then again when it was ready. The woman who helped us was so professional and friendly. The price was fair. I am beyond impressed with the people at Wytheville Walmart auto center. Thank you."
