"Horrible place my daughter appointment was at 10am and I got her at 9:50am and it’s now 10:54am and every single time I come here I have to wait 2 -3 hours just to be seen to the back and then when we’re in the back like now we have to wait longer and I told them when i first got here today I am on a time limit and we can’t take 2-3 hr as they normally do yet here we are it’s been one hr and we’re only here for her to get a cleaning.mind you if we late they wanna charge us a late fee but they’re never on time and never professional I get if you have us wait 5-10 minutes maybe even 15 but an whole hour is crazy to me .we are still still here waiting.i would say they need to start compensating patients when they late but if they did they there go out of business like they need to because why yall can’t be on time yet expect us to call or even pay a late fee if we’re late but yall can’t be on time. Also it’s 11:30 and we just left we won’t seen and their excuse was it’s only 2 dentist like they didn’t know that before booking all the dam appointment and why ppl who can’t in after my child was seen before her??? If we got there first why are we waiting and she just got here and you helping that was the problem"

"Got my wisdom teeth taken out here about 4 days ago, the experience wasn’t the best. The surgeon told me that things will go my pace and if I needed him to stop, I could stop him. I tried to have him stop multiple times and he just kept telling “it’s just pressure, you’re fine” when he was pressure so hard I almost passed out. The assistant who was there was no help either. Luckily this procedure was covered but I would not recommend going for an oral surgery."

"Hate this place with a passion, only thing good about it is the orthopedic side. In the cleaning side they have rude dentists, they stab your mouth several times and proceed to blame you, they let water drip all over your face and neck, and don't get me started on the appointments. The appointments they cancel on you without even contacting you, and it takes forever just to be seen."

"I went to this location once because that was enough. I called this week let me rephrase I attempted to contact this office 4 times from Happy Smiles located in Ashland Va. I was attempting to get a scan of my dental X-rays which were needed and requested by Happy Smiles that would have saved me $80.00 every time I called the called was transferred to the directory system/ answering service . I told them why I was trying to reach them they told me they weren’t allowed to directly contact the office because it is frowned upon and they would get yelled at . They’re words not mine. When I asked the operator to repeat that she did and it was heard by my daughter as well. then a staff member called back and got the same directory / answering service and told them how unprofessional they were that they have had several patients who has gone through what I did on that day and that it was unfair to not release a patient records to them having the patients to come out of pocket unnecessarily. Because when the records are requested they are suppose to be released.Ive filed a complaint."

"Their call center out of Atlanta pretended that we got disconnected. Well guess what? It's 2023. If you don't have caller ID and just hang up on me 5 minutes into a call after you ask 'what's a good call back number in case we get disconnected', then you pretend to hang up on me, and DON'T call me back, then I'm NOT paying for your services. Simple as that."
