"I came here in fear for a Wisdom tooth extraction but left the happiest man alive after such a smooth and painless procedure done none other by Dr. Mustafa and Sarood. It took no more than 30 minutes to remove my tooth and after the procedure I was given the best care, checkups and eventually the procedure area healed up like brand new. Would recommend for anyone and everyone looking for a new dentist"
"This place is terrible. I went through a season where I needed medical assistance. They accept that …however, the procedure I got done was only halfway finished. They never completed things they said they would. The old Dr, Maddie, Moss lied to my face, her staff and other patients and was very judgmental. I regret that she worked on my mouth.. IF she is still practicing, I hope she gets what she deserves in her career. Not to mention the wait time. You have chairs full and one dr. running around looking crazy. The front desk staff are nice but that’s about it."
"Ideal Smile on W. Broad St. is the best dental office I've been to in a very long time. The staff are always so friendly & helpful! The new dentist, Dr. Alaa Elkhatib, is so gentle. She informs me of what she is doing and makes sure that I'm comfortable throughout each procedure. Each procedure she has performed (a deep cleaning, a filling and an extraction of one of my wisdom teeth), went so smooth ... She doesn't rush like a lot of dentists do. It's quite obvious that she's passionate about her profession and cares a lot for her patients and their smile. I highly recommend Ideal Smile and it's team, especially the dentist - she is absolutely a one in a million!!!"
