"Dr louscher and the assistant Whitney he had were awesome. I'm someone who rather run in a burning building than have dental work done , but the doctor was professional and confident enough to get me to attempt the operation without general anesthesia (they offered me to come back to be put to sleep due to my extreme anxiety). Hard to put into words how convincing you have to be for that.He was very realistic, and sympathetic .The assistant did their best to comfort me through the whole procedure as well as making me feel relatable. Overall wonderful experience with the doctors and assistants . The people who schedule the appointments/ initially check you out seem a bit unsympathetic , but this review is purely for the doctor and assistant !"

"I’ll use covid as the excuse to why I keep being put on hold 20 and 30 minutes at a time. I guess I’ll have missed the appointment due to lack of communication. I’m on hold as we speak. UPDATE: Made it here. They’re short and snappy over the phone but the tone changed upon arrival. They’re moderately busy. Therefore more work could be done with better customer service. This is just a school but I expect professionalism from VCU and they’re lacking. Ms Crystal from downstairs has excellent customer service she came upstairs to help."

"They are the worst people to get on the phone and then they seem to want to charge as much as a regular dentist. So I'm not sure why I would drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back , pay them all the money they want. Did i mention their parking is terrible"

"I feel abandoned by them. I was accepted into the program. Was told that someone would be contacting me within 2 weeks and fast forward to 4 months later and nothing. Can't get anyone to call me back. My teeth are getting worse. No matter where I leave a detailed, voicemail no one returns my call. NOBODY!!!!!! I paid to get x rays. By the time they see me, are those x rays going to be any good or are they going to ask me for more money? What is going on?"
