"Growing up in the early fifties as a four year old child, I had a tooth ache. My Mom took me to a dentist and it was my first dental visit. I was not medicated at all he pulled me out of the chair extracting my tooth. I was traumatized by that childhood experience. A fear that followed me through adulthood. Coming to Best Smiles of Northside totally changed my mind. The staff treated me with warmth and compassion. The Dentist is my hero. So caring and gentle. If going to a Dentist is not high on your list; a little nervous? Try this office you Will not be disappointed. I promise you. I’ll never go to another place."
"I'm honestly a little confused by the higher ratings. The 'Proven Reviews' site that appears in their Google search, it initially says they have 87 reviews at almost 5 Stars, but when you click it, it actually shows they actually have 0 verified reviews. For Google Reviews, it initially says they have 77 reviews at almost 5 stars, but there are hardly any to be found. I booked for myself and my husband at 2PM thinking that we'd get to be seen at the same time and could both return to work relatively quickly. That definitely isn't the case because there is only 1 doctor. I wish that was better communicated on their portal to create an appointment. All of their equipment has chipped paint or is dirty. At one point I heard the staff saying they couldn't find a clean tool they needed. While waiting for my husband to be finished I just noticed too many off things about this practice that I didn't feel comfortable. Not the cleanest place on top of knowing I wouldn't be seen for my 2PM appointment until almost 3PM was why I walked out. The staff is nice enough though so if that's all you're looking for I'm sure you will be comfortable here."
"Dr. C is absolutely AWESOME! I was TERRIFIED to get my root canal and I thought I was gonna be getting work done for 2-3 hours but NO WAY! Dr. C gave me a PAIN FREE root canal in a matter of minutes. If you're looking for a great dentist, have no fear and go see Dr. C. The staff here is always friendly and I never have to wait long before being seen. I totally recommend Best Smiles Southside."
