"I have been going to James River Family Dentistry for over a year, and I can't recommend them enough. They are professional, friendly, and caring, and they always make me feel comfortable and welcome. They have a modern and clean facility, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. They offer a wide range of services, from routine check-ups and cleanings, to cosmetic and restorative procedures, to emergency care. The staff is amazing, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and preferences. They are very knowledgeable and skilled, and they explain everything in a clear and easy way. They are also very gentle and patient, and they make sure I am pain-free and relaxed during the treatment. They are very attentive and responsive, and they follow up with me after the appointment to make sure everything is fine. They are also very flexible, and they work with my insurance. Although on the pricy side, they are worth every penny. I always leave their office with a smile on my face, and a healthy and beautiful smile on my teeth. James River Family Dentistry is the best family dentistry in town, and I wouldn't go anywhere else."

"Steer clear of Marci and James River Family Dentistry. Get a second opinion before having her do significant work. Marci recommended a $2,000 treatment plan that two other dentists validated as unnecessary. Long story short, after being told I needed $2k of dental work done, which I couldn’t afford to get done at the time, I ended up changing jobs, health insurance and dentists. I’ve now seen two other dentists and my teeth are 100% fine with no cavities. The staff at James River are super friendly, which we loved. They make you feel like family there. I’m just not sure how you explain what happened."

"Amazing Dentist, hygienist and staff. They really seem to care about your health in general and always want to care for any concerns that you may have regarding your dental needs. They have two of the cutest dogs that greet you when you come in the front door. They are eager for some love and petting. You just can’t resist.
