"There's a long list of reasons why I will not be returning to this dentist. She is rude and the way she speaks to her staff is appalling. Lack of compassion towards anyone but herself. She doesn't take the time to explain anything and rushes through every appointment. Her assistants have absolutely NO clue about dentistry! Shoving the suction tool down my throat literally choking me while getting a filling. Staring out the window instead of paying attention to the person in the chair. The office appears clean but when you take a closer look it's dusty and the floors are filthy! My insurance has been billed over $8000 and I still haven't even had a cleaning! My mouth hurts constantly and I have trouble eating due to the condition of my teeth..AFTER having multiple root canals, fillings and extractions!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!!"

"My husband and I recently had a new patient visit at the same time. Insurance changes put me in a position to shop around and this was very convenient. First, I didn't know who Dr. Galina was so I assumed it was the person with her hands in my mouth. I introduced myself and asked her name. There was no small talk, no questions about previous work done, nothing. Secondly, I think she cleaned my teeth. It was over so fast and I wasn't told what was going on so I'm not sure. Third, I will be checking tomorrow with insurance because I think we were overcharged. None of that is what compelled me to review. The main reason I will not be back is the way Dr. Galina belittled her staff, in my presence as well. She had her hygienist in tears but was too busy to notice. I hugged the hygienist and vowed to say something when the doctor asked about another appointment. She didn't say squat to me. I heard she was down a staff person but I think she may be down more if she doesn't stop disrespecting people. There are many dentists out there and personally I don't want one that's abrasive and completely impersonal and rough, did I mention how rough she was? Ouch"

"If you are looking for a dentist look no further. The staff was friendly and I was able to schedule appts quickly and with ease. The office was clean and took great safety precautions. Dr. Galina is amazing! I was very nervous because my mouth was in terrible shape, but Dr. Galina put me at ease. She came up with an extremely effective treatment plan to do the most work in the least visits, while not overwhelming me. Her work is flawless and unnoticeable and now that I am finished my mouth feels great and looks beautiful. I'm now a lifelong patient and will recommend her and her staff to anyone looking.
