"I came here with a toothache and ended up needing to get an extraction. I had no idea what to expect, but Dr. Do walked me through the whole thing to help me feel at ease. Dr. Do was so professional with a wonderful personality. Her entire team was also so warm and accommodating. I highly recommend this office!"
"I went in as a new patient and I was very impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was. I was greeted by the front desk and they were very warm and inviting. When I met Dr. Do, she was very kind, nice and informative. After my x-rays and exam, she explained everything very thoroughly. You can tell she is a caring Dr who cares much for her patients. "Horrible horrible service. If I could give a zero star, I would have done so. My mom came to get her dentures replaced since it was broken. My mom’s teeth was not crooked or has an overbite, but they ended up giving her an overbite and crooked teeth. The fitting was horrible, which left my mom had blisters on her gums. Dr. Do had the nerve to say that this shape would make it look more natural. It literally took many trips of fixing, and most of the trips — it was done by her assistant because she would ignore calls and not being there. What an unprofessional dentist. My mom was too nice to not make them redo the dentures. Now she is left with a slightly weird overbite after many trips of fixing. Very disappointed. Save yourself time and go to someone else who is more professional. She has been in this field for 20+ years so she must have felt too highly of herself to feel the need to provide professional service anymore."
