"I was beyond impressed with monument dentistry today! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and they never once made me feel shamed about that. They also took the time to thoroughly review my medical chart (which a lot of places don’t actually do!) Dr. Castellano was familiar with POTS (a disability I have) and was willing to work with me to keep me from having any dizzy or fainting spells during the procedure. It is so hard to find any medical professionals that are familiar with this, so that really stood out to me! He and the hygienists were also amazing in explaining what they were doing every step of the way. The entire team was incredibly friendly and also super accommodating of my medical alert dog too. They even gave him a little led vest to keep him safe during the X-rays! I was really worried about going to the dentist after such a long time, but they made it easy and comfortable for me every step of the way. I highly highly recommend."
