"Mr. Houseman did a wonderful job tinting the windows on my Tacoma. The shop was open and he was ready to start when I arrived, the job was done very professionally taking care not to do any damage to the vehicle. He is clearly trained and certified by the tint manufacturer has the certs on his shop wall, a very professional setup. Laser cutting machines, the wet board, the whole nine. There was no issues with bubbling or anything else, the price was extremely reasonable for the ceramic tint too. Hundreds less than anyone in Christiansburg for the same material. All six windows including the sliding rear were done in about three hours. There was a great little diner to eat at a short walk down the road too, made for a great morning. He made it clear that he stands behind his work, said if at any time there is an issue just call and bring it back and it will be repaired."

"Had an appointment to get windows tinted. On date of appointment arrived at scheduled time and no one was there. Waited for twenty minutes, no one ever arrived. No one contacted me to reschedule, just a no-show!!! Attempted to reach owner by phone...no answer. Sent a text message and got a response that he couldn't do it; something came up. Owner stated, "We'll have to reschedule." Sent text message to owner two business days later to reschedule and never got a response. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend."
