"I have 47,000$ Kia that I purchased. I needed to get my 24,000 mile service on my car (Oil change, tire rotation, and whatever else is required). I also have been made aware my car has a recall. That’s fine it happens. So I contacted Price Kia. I used the virtual assistant TWICE and NEVER received a call to confirm my appointment. So I called and no one answered and I left a message. No call back. So my fourth attempt someone answered. I asked about the shuttle service. The guy said it is only available in town. I am 14 miles away (15 minutes driving time) and I can’t use the shuttle service. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So this dealership will lose money over a 15 minute shuttle ride."
