"Just poor service. You get a different story from each person you speak with. Poor communication. Employees don't relay messages to other managers as they promise. Manager promises discounts But does not fulfill them when you drive to the store to pick up the item. I could have purchased the similar battery $50 cheaper at Sam's club. But Kyle promised me at least a 10 percent discount if not more when I came in."Come on in a I'll work something out for you. " I knew it would still cost a few bucks more than Sam's but I didnt mond since Kyle did take a few minutes to see it could be replaced since it was only 2 months past the warranty date. At least they don't have the cranky old lady with the short hair who was rude to everyone. She was one of the reasons why I stopped buying all my disposable products there and moved to a competing.store. If you're wondering why I didn't go back to Sam's and buy it there somebody else was picking up the battery for me and I didn't see that no discount was applied until I received the message from my credit card company about the charge. So for 30 plus dollars they completely lost me a customer. I'd rather spend a few dollars extra somewhere else than be jerked around."
