When the gear shift on my Fiat 500 Abarth stopped working, I called dozens of mechanics in town before trying C-Ville Imports — nobody would work on it but them with it being an Italian import. Immediately they put me at ease with a suggestion about what could be going on and the recommendation to call my insurance company before having the car towed to see if it could be covered (something I hadn’t even considered!). My insurance did cover the tow and Cville Imports had my car back to me in less than 24 hours. A problem with the fix came up again after getting the car home (that would again would have required a tow) but the mechanic was kind enough to drop by my home and fix the car enough so I could drive it to them to tweak the repair. They got it fixed quickly again and didn’t charge me for the additional fix needed, which was a huge relief. And there’s been no problems since. I highly recommend and I’ll be taking my car here for all future repairs and maintenance!"
