"We stopped in by impulse. It's been a long time since I'd visited a Build-A-Bear, and even as an adult, I still get pretty excited! The staff were all incredibly nice, and they did a stellar job building up the magic and excitement for my 9 year old son. One of the employees noticed a very tiny hole on one of our picks right away, and made sure to tell us so we could pick a new one out. Everyone was so sweet and happy to make our experience a lovely one! I just wish I knew their names. To the three ladies that helped out a family of three on April 10th, you all are fabulous human beings!"
