"Wow....I just looked this company up after seeing the negative reviews and post on Facebook. This company isn't in the BetterBusiness Bureau(BBB) database. This is to the Business Owner, never engage in reviews that are negative. As a Owner, I know you want to explain your side. From one Business Owner to Another and being in a Urban Business. This is a bad look on your part by engaging in the review. It shows you are argumentative. Some things aren't worth saying when it's public and in regards to your business and customer service. Sister 2 Sister Boutique, should have handled this in another manner. You have the side of the customer and a cashier. From hands on experience, your first mistake was engaging in the negative reviews. Your second issue is not having signs posted, and not telling your customers all sales are final. Remember Customer Service is everything. Resolving issues are better than creating the negative publicity. I wish your Company nothing but success ."
