"Went in to get a dress for my gender reveal when I found one I really liked I asked the 2 employees if there was anything bigger than a medium and they both looked at me said whatever we have out is what we have. Then proceeded to laugh and make snide remarks about me. Will never recommend anyone to shop here and I will never return. Employees of a business should never make somebody feel down about themselves or how they look. Bad buisness. If I could give less then 1 star I would."

"I never used to prioritize buying myself a nice wardrobe, fashionable accessories, or spending money on "me". Francesca's is literally what changed that for me. Their clothes are beautiful, well made, and make me feel so incredibly confident. The staff is helpful, honest, and never make you feel pressured to buy things. They genuinely seem to care about their customers. My family went in to get me some pieces for Christmas, and the manager and her staff picked some perfect pieces for me based on my past purchases (in my rewards account). I love this store, and the staff ❤️"

"Disgusting prejudice. Store owner's & staff are blatantly disrespectful to minorities. They will not "greet" minorities. They will not "assist" minorities. Even if you ignore all the signs and happen to buy something. If you are a person of color they will treat you with the upmost disrespect. No professionalism, disgusting human beings. This store does not belong in Valley View mall."

"My experience was awful. The girls working there were extremely rude to me, I believe the managers name was Chelsea, she told me I didn't look like I belonged to shop there and continued to get her employees to agree with her saying I should probably go to a more "lower class friendly" store. I'm completely appalled by their words and actions and I wouldn't not recommend anyone shop at the Valley View Francesca's."
