"My friend and I just came here and there were two employees including a manager were not wearing masks and the manager used very insensitive language with my friend. The mask-less employees were ringing up my friends’ shirt that she happened to get from the plus size section and one employee said they have been looking for a shirt like that and the manager said “we have some like that in the normal people sizes.” Whether or not she intentionally meant for it to be offensive, using language like this implied that her body was abnormal. We went back to kindly confront her on this and she apologized which was appreciated however I ask that the employees here please be more mindful about their language with customers and wear a masks especially while handling our things."
