"Waited inside for a while before anyone came up. When they did they had an attitude and didnt want to cook what i wanted to order and had no knowledge of the app. Customer service was awful. Definitely would not come back again during breakfast. Short staff is not an excuse for poor service or basic manners."

"Was in the drive thru. As I pulled up to the speaker I saw 3 cars ahead of me. There had to be 1or 2 ahead of them on the other side of the building as the line was so long. After I pulled up 3 cars pulled in behind me. I sat at the speaker for at least 10 minutes at which time at least 6 of the cars of which I was one of drove away due to the wait. I have been through that stores drive thru many times and always have had to wait for my food. This is probably one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to."

"Service was very poor, staff unfriendly. I ordered 2 4piece nuggets separate bag with BBQ sauce & #3 for my daughter. Everything came in one bag. And they told all my food was in the bag and it wasn't. Not until I made a bit of noise then they checked to find guess what I didn't have both nuggets. Sad part was this store wasn't busy the staff just didn't care."

"Wendy's Pumpkin Spice is indeed very nice! I wasn't disappointed, lots of yummy pumpkin pie spices blended into the classic Frosty, Delish!"

"I'm a little upset with my order...My fries aren't whole fries, I think their in the wrong container. My pink lemonade gave me heart burn from one sip due to not being stirred and with no ice included so I poured it out, syrup in cup still though. Cheese and Fries okay maybe if everyone could focus on the task and not people in the cars orders will be clean, hot and correct. I'll just pray over it I guess"
