"So I needed a suit immediately. I came to this store hoping for the best. I was greeted by a woman and helped beyond expectation. Due to the sudden circumstances she found a suit that fit me and in a nice color and fit. She was able to get the pants hemmed that night and it was ready for pickup. Sold me on shoes as well and the look and feel was right on."

"Edited the review because of what happened at pick up. I was handed my suit to only find the pants do not match the jacket. Robin called me a few days earlier saying the pants couldnt be tailored but she found the ones that can. Well the ones she picked didnt match my suit. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me tonight, he found the correct pants and ensured me they would be ready tomorrow at 3pm. Keeping my fingers crossed they will be ready. This was my review I worked with Robin and from start to finish she was a true professional. I was greeted when I walked through the door and even though they were busy they told me they would be right with me. Robin worked three different customers at the same time, keeping us all moving forward with our purchases. I can not stress this enough, if you are looking for a Suit, Jos A Bank is the place to go. They care about their customers and make it enjoyable."

"I walked in to Jos A. Bank with 6 high school senior boys looking for prom attire at 6:00pm and I honestly wasn't sure if they would be able to accommodate all of them so close to closing. Sandra was incredible! She explained everything to the boys regarding their choices and selections, took the time to go over everything with them, measure them and discuss what their preferences were. "Absolutely amazing service! I wish I had gotten the young ladies name that helped us, but my fiancé and I were already extremely overwhelmed after having an awful experience at mens warehouse that morning, and she stepped in and made sure we were taken care of. She gave us several different options after we found out they don’t rent tan suits before July/August. She was ready with solutions, and extremely professional and polite. We came in stressed and left with a smile. Definitely will be back in the future."
