"Not a bad store; however, the guy Flo at the Chesapeake Square Mall location need to work on his customer service skills. It's rude to hold a conversation with someone in the store, especially when it's slowing you up from finishing with the customer in front of you. As I left the store on 9/8/17, my friend and I both stated "he make you not want to come back"."
